Delete your data

You can have everything we hold about you deleted, and you do not have to give a reason.

How to ask

Write to privacy@listingdm.com with the word delete in the subject, and tell us which of these to go by:

• the email address you gave us, or
• the Instagram account you connected, or
• the link to the listing you pasted.

Writing from the address you gave us is enough for us to know it is you. If you connected an Instagram account, we may ask you to confirm from that account before we delete anything, so that nobody else can delete your work.

What gets deleted

• The listings you pasted, and the photos and text we kept from them.
• The posts and films we built, and the page we made for your agency.
• Your email address, and the record of the request it came in with.
• The Instagram token, the posts we published on your behalf, and the comments and replies we stored.

Deletion is permanent. We cannot get any of it back afterwards.

How long it takes

Within 30 days, usually the same week. We write back to confirm when it is done. Backups are overwritten on their own schedule and anything left in one is gone within 90 days.

Disconnecting without deleting

If you only want us to stop, and not to delete, you can disconnect the Instagram account instead: in Instagram, Settings, then Apps and websites, and remove ListingDM. We stop posting and replying straight away, and what we hold stays until you ask for it to go.

What we keep anyway

If the law requires us to keep something, an invoice for instance, we keep that one thing for as long as the law says and nothing else.
