Terms of service

These terms cover the use of ListingDM, a service of Ghebrehiwet Ventures AB. Using the service means agreeing to them.
What the service does
You give us a link to a property listing on your own website. We read that page, choose photos from it, and build a post from it: a caption and a set of images, and, as an add-on, a short film. You decide whether to publish it.
What the service will not do
Every line of the caption has to quote your own listing word for word, and a post that cannot be backed that way is refused rather than guessed at. We do not say what a home is worth, we do not retouch your photos, and we do not remove watermarks. A listing with no price gets no film.
What it costs
- 30 days free, from the day you start.
- After that, 49 euros a month per agency.
- Cancel whenever you like. Cancelling stops the next payment; the month you have already paid for runs to its end.
- During the pilot the service is free, no payment details are taken, and either side can stop at any time.
Your content stays yours
Your photos, your listing text and your brand remain yours. By pasting a listing you give us permission to use that material for one purpose: making posts for you. We do not use it for anyone else, and we do not use it to train anything.
What we build from it is yours too. If you stop using the service, the posts you have already published stay yours to keep.
You approve what goes out
Nothing is published to your account without your approval. You are responsible for what you publish, including that the listing is accurate and that you are entitled to use its photos.
Connecting an Instagram account means Meta's own terms apply to what happens on that account. You can disconnect at any time, from our side or from Instagram's settings, and we stop posting and replying immediately.
What we do not promise
The service is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be free of interruption, and we do not promise any particular number of enquiries, followers or sales. Nothing here limits our liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may change the service and these terms. If a change matters to you, we say so before it takes effect, and you can cancel instead.
Law
Swedish law applies, and disputes go to the Swedish courts.
